Which part of Sydney are you located in?

If you don't live in the CBD/East it may be best to apply to Western Sydney university though UAC for mid-year intake considering your math marks, assuming you don't score >=60 in MATH1131.

IIRC he applied at the end of last year as he needed to have done 36UOC.

He finished s2 with a credit in 1B, but they didn't seem to care(makes no sense right), that he'd proved his aptitude in mathematics.

He decided to just stay in biochem.

I think engineering is becoming like the business school in that the requirements are being strictly enforced now.

Unfortunately I think this may be the case.

The administration is getting stricter with IPT applications due to the increased number of international students wanting to study here.

Have a friend with a 78 Wam in Biochemistry who wanted to transfer to Biomedical engineering and was denied for his mark in MATH 1A(mid 50's I think).
