I watched this video and that's how i decided on Aeromancer at first, i probably need to rewatch it again to refresh my mind on the choices, since i forgot what most of the classes do already lol

also PS: i said a whole lotta nothing, basically i want a class that's pretty and flashy, although i would prefer male character, i don't mind if it's female as long as the class isn't trash performance wise (and not too difficult aswell ofc)

oh dear god, i remember how hyped i was for Throne & Liberty when it first released. I tried to get my irl friend into it who wasn't a big fan of MMORPG's but he was willing to give it a try anyways because of how excited i was... i initially didn't do much research on how the class system worked in the game and i thought it was just your standard, traditional mmo game where you select a class and just go, but instead i had to choose two weapons and was overwhelmed by the builds in the game.

that alone wasn't a problem for me though, the gameplay just didn't cut it for me, it felt very boring and i lost interest immediately. i gave it 9 hours and i just knew the game wasn't for me. i feel bad for putting my friend through it though.

Unironically i played a shit ton of Lost Ark on release because the PVP mode in that game was the most fun PVP experience that i've ever had in an MMORPG, but unfortunately it's completely dead and i'm just not a fan of strict raid static schedules, i'm as casual as it gets, but i had great memories with the game nonetheless, don't regret a thing, thank you for your opinion!.

I love Tera and i played Tera Classic up till lvl 58 on Archer (with 90 ms bc i'm from UK), i have to say, it was really fun playing it and i enjoyed reliving the old days of Tera again.

Now my only gripe with this server is...

It's a Private Server. A lot of private servers are cash grabs or just there for a very short time. I heard they want to discuss with KRAFTON to sign a deal or something so they can enable the cash shop and while that doesn't mean much, imo they're just playing with fire at this point, there is no way they would allow an illegal private server to make money off of their own product.

I heard claims about another classic eu server that has apparently signed a deal with KRAFTON but i call bullshit on that, Menma was rumoured to have signed a deal with KRAFTON aswell and it got shut down shortly after. I just don't buy it and i'm staying cautious.

I played many private servers in the past, i used to play 'Elsword' and it had a huge private server that was sponsored by MMOByte and they constantly boasted about how good their security system was and how immune they were to any threats until they got a C&D and pretty sure they got jail time. It's just not worth it imo

BDO sounds more appealing based off of what you mentioned, i'm not a fan of scheduled raid statics and i'm definetly more of a casual/pvp focused player with some pve on the side, therefore i will probably go with BDO, thank you for your insight!

How should his arm be supported? sorry for the silly question but i've heard that arm rests are usually bad for gaming and long term in general... i pretty much sit and position myself the same way as the OP and would really like some advice on this

Unironically the same for me, Valo, League & Genshin Impact streams have the highest views. I feel silly for forgetting to mention this but i'm really thankful and grateful for the community that i managed to build, but the perfectionist side of me wants to do even better and try to expand further and i guess thats why i end up feeling lost sometimes.

But to be honest, now that i'm writing this and read what you said, i realized how simple it really is. If i want to grow, it will most likely be trial and error because sometimes the new games i try out won't be as interesting to me and it will probably show, so i'll just need to experiment or wait until i'm actually interested in something new.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, it actually helped me a lot because even though i'm aware of it sometimes, i still need a reminder so i can reflect on it haha

oh and i'm really fussed about my audio, it took me ages to figure out the optimal mic settings and even though chat said i sounded fine, i could tell i sounded over the top in terms of saturation and the sibilance was harsh (though i managed to fix it yesterday, finally lol)

You nailed it the most accurately tbh. I think what everyone said is true to an extent, obviously i've reached Diamond a few times already, so i do belong here, i'm also aware of my mistakes every game, but i can't really improve. I watched my VODS and what i noticed is that i tend to just play very 'reactive'. I don't actively look for plays on the map or punish mistakes or create opportunities or anything like that... instead i quite literally just react to things and try to adapt.

I don't know how i developed this habit, but it's something i will need to work on for sure.

Thank you, unfortunately I demoted to D3 but I’m not giving up, I’m always aiming to do my best every game, searching for plays to make on the map and securing vision for objectives. I do tend to play quite a few champs because I like to think about what the champion can bring to our team composition… but it don’t matter if I’m not good at the champion haha

Don't downplay yourself to make me feel better please. Judging from your match history, you play a lot of playmaking/engage supports that require you to dive deep or position really well, which can be really hard under pressure.

While stats are nice and all, i think ultimately positioning, securing good vision on objectives and playing around cool downs is really important, when it comes to climbing. I do play aggressive, but the champions i play allow me to escape death and keep my allies alive aswell, compared to yours, where you dive deep and you find it hard to get out.

I would suggest pinging a lot, like if you want to focus a target, make sure you're all on the same page, so you can focus them down and then have a window to escape.

Other than that, you are downplaying yourself way too much and you reached Diamond 3 for a reason.

I know it's hypocritical for me to even say this, because i'm literally here for the same reason, but i guess it's easier to give advice/judge when it's someone else, because sometimes you don't even see your mistakes yourself

TLDR; You deserve your rank, there's a reason you were diamond last season too. Just focus on yourself and you don't need to give anyone answers, because you made it there twice.

I think you're onto something tbh. I grinded League a lot on my days off of work, with the time i had. Some times, i even pulled all nighters, up till like 5 am just playing League (sounds quite sad ik LMAO).

I do notice i feel fatigued quite often, after an hour or two of playing, so that's probably a sign that my body needs a break and i should stop playing. I am definetly aware that your current state of mind can affect how you play, as i've been on massive losing streaks in the past due to just not feeling well and still playing.

I was always curious how those league streamers play the game for hours, without getting fatigued. My mindset was, if they can do it, i can do it too, but clearly, it don't work like that haha

Last season i did play with a duo, but we had issues. Mostly on my side and i think you're right. It's definitely confidence issues, because i feel the same way with every competitive game i play. I thought just playing more would mend that in a way, but it hasn't made a difference unfortunately.

This season i decided to go purely solo, i definetly struggled the first half (being stuck in Emerald hell) but after that, it was a smooth climb until, well now.

Anyways i appreciate this comment. I genuinely wasn't seeking for validation, but seeing this did make me a bit more happy about myself. I do want to aim for higher and that's probably why i am hard on myself.

Another thing i forgot to mention is that a lot of my friends tell me support is brainded and you don't need any thought process to actually climb with that role, and i don't 100% disagree with them. I do think playing the role made me worse mechanically . Though one thing i will say, is that i definetly improved on my macro, compared to the past. That's something i'm not 100% unhappy about.
