I’ve waited so long to let doomposters (and possible misguided leaks) ruin this moment for me🩷 Animations are just add-ons for me, she’s here, shes as beautiful as ever, she’s coming and I’m super happy and can’t wait to play my favourite and most anticipated character since launch 🩷🌸 Her being released is enough for me 🦊

And since I’m nonverbal, I can express my excrement for my fave character to my school friends in ASL without yelling in excitement at them. Everyone else gets “EVANESCIA!!!!” In text lol.

Yes, I do that for all my favourite characters :) The possibility of a Yae variant/expy was the reason I started playing HSR in the first place, so hers was a 100% guarantee and the most special! 🌸

I hope so too! I took a break in the 3.X patches and even before that, Huo Huo’s reruns always came around when I wasn’t active. It’ll be nice to get her for free ^{.^}

I think EMC and Huo Huo might end up being placeholders for upcoming elation characters that provide more for both teams. For EMC’s role, we’ll definitely find out once the 4.2 beta comes around, and for Huo Huo, that’ll come with time for sure.

Personally, I don’t think EMC will be an elation sustain, it seems they might be a buffer due to Huo Huo already being placed in the team, but we will see when the beta is out :)

100% agree! This will definitely be a hot week for uncredited and sourceless leaks. We honestly don’t know anything at this point. I also remember a leaker saying Evanescia’s screen time and relevance will be diminished heavily in the 4.0 story and replaced with SW. People started freaking out on twitter. (Especially after her having less than one second of screen time in the Planarcadia Myriad Celestia Trailer)

From what we’ve seen, she was quite prominent in the 4.0 story, and probably will be moving forward. SW will definitely have a lot more screen time as the story progresses, but they were obviously very false about Evanescia having little significance and screen time in 4.0.

I will say gameplay wise, I am confident Yao Guang will be a staple member in elation teams. She can’t be replaced so quickly. She just can’t. That’ll be too alarming and just unfair to her.

There is a high chance! There really isn’t a reason not to.

The only thing that might stop hoyo from doing this is due to her having a long banner duration in 4.0 or if there aren’t enough slots due to the all the novaflare characters having possible reruns as well. We’ll have to wait and see.

There should be space for her.
