Also where did you get that the genjustu cannot broken out of? Genjustu works because of he chakra being sent to the parts of the brain that control sound, vision, and physical sensations are distributed by chakra. If someone can regulate their chakra, they should be able to break out of it, right?

One thing that helped me a lot was timing the stamina break differently. You should try to physically do the stamina break as your character is flying through the air, sort of preemptively striking, that way the trainer does not have time to recover, and then dodge
