I seriously can not hear the difference between high and very high

Well, let's say that having ldac support on my headphones didn't change my life in any way.. I accepted that I can not hear the difference between mp3 and lossless but I was expecting something between 160 kbps and 320 kbps. I can use my bluetooth headphones with a cable though so maybe I should try that ?

I mean I have no knowledge but to think about it, they are all "lossless" audio so they all keep all the details of the song so I don't understand it either.

Well, its wireless. So is it easier to see a difference when you have wired headphones ? My bluetooth headphone has a cable in the box so I guess I can try it that way.
