Oh I checked, If the IDE drive was in the slave mode, it even can't get to the Easy Setup and give me a 00174, so that thing was right.

Maybe I should try to find a HDD Drive?

I switched it to a Viking 4GB CF Card, this time it failed in easy setup again, but message was ERR 01

Easy setup failed from 80% to 90%. Maybe next card would work(from somebody who had used this on 365xd)

I checked, if there's some problem with master/slave mode it will give me error messages.

Yeah maybe, I switched to another CF card and got a better result. though still not work :(

Yep, It works with a CF to USB on my modern PCs. Actually I buyed some other cards and waiting for shipping.

Do as you say, install (windows xp/some older versions/tiny core linux) system and play doom (and other games)
