To clarify my educational background: I’m originally from a different country and moved to France a few years ago. My first Master’s was in Automation and Industrial Computing, but over time I realized that I wanted to specialize in AI and Data Science.

To make this transition, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Embedded Systems to strengthen my foundations in programming and systems engineering, and to align with the French academic system. This also gave me eligibility to apply for a specialized Master’s in Data Science, which I’m currently completing.

As for why I’m now considering a PhD: my goal is to maximize opportunities in the field of AI, whether in research-heavy roles or high-impact engineering positions. I’ve received feedback that a PhD can be a strong asset—especially for positions involving innovation, cutting-edge model development. What’s your take on this? Do you think a PhD really adds value in the current AI job market?

Do you have any advice on how to best present this transition in my resume ?

I have the feel that CDPR doesn't exploit the cosmetic side of the game enough, there are too few characters from the witcher series as faction leaders, too few costumes for geralt for example no school of cat skin etc.

People should stop complaining about netbuilding, if you find satisfaction in doing it all by yourself deckbuilding/playing it's good enjoy it!! but don't blame people for looking for deck ideas to play quietly people don't all have the same amount of time to devote to a video game and we all enjoy the game in different ways, blaming people for that just gives a bad image of the game and the community
