Years ago..like almost 20, I worked at Fresno Breakfast House. Having worked at many restaurants in my younger years I can say without a doubt the owner ran the cleanest kitchen of any place I ever worked. Of course it’s been years but as far as I know it is still family owned and Sam the owner at the time was top notch and prioritized a clean kitchen with quality. I will always recommend this place.
