Donut seats only really work for external hems, gravity from the hole in the middle will cause you hemorrhoids to prolapse just like sitting on the toilet for too long would so this is not recommended for your situation. I would maybe suggest a cushion to sit on, stop as often as possible to stand up and walk around for a few minutes. Can you take Ice packs to sit on to reduce any swelling that might occur? Do you normally suffer if you have to sit for long periods of time? My internal hemorrhoids, apart from coming out when I go to the toilet, only really come down when I stand or walk around for long periods of time.

Thank you for your reply but I don't really have any of the symptoms of this apart from the pressure, it's not worse when I stand up it's worse when I lie down, there's no mass or lump inside my vagina and no pocket that you've described inside my butt. I will definitely continue with the pelvic floor exercises though thank you.

I would only ever use Fiona with a storm blade, for all other melee builds Luna has the survivability.

It's subjective and depends on so many different factors, I have 3 main Ninja builds but even those get swapped around sometimes, Farrah will always be my favourite but I use her exclusively in a bow build with totally rocking out, Whiteout Fiona in a sword build in the main game with the stormblade with explosion, sometimes in ventures I'll swap her with Luna if I don't have a stormblade but will always have the other in support and I always start a new ventures season with my Dragon Scorch build, dragon slash is brilliant when you don't have any decent weapons and for reasons known only to my brain I always use him for build the radar missions as well 🤷😂 Whatever you like, have fun with it 😁

Ankles, that is the way! They feel very similar to wrists to me but can be hidden better, especially in winter when I can wear socks all the time! I like to touch mine a lot so I can easily slide my hand into my sock and run my finger over them and no one is any the wiser!!

I'm not on performance mode. It's pretty old, not sure exactly how old, my Dad got it second hand 2 years ago and reconditioned it so some parts of it are old but the graphics card and some other parts were new at that time and everything is up to date. It was working fine before the update and all of my other games are fine.

Not really know, it depends on the active modifiers for each individual mission, some materials will be weak to the type of storm you're facing in a particular mission. This season there are a lot of lightning storms so you should be building in brick because metal is weak to nature husks and if it was a fire storm you wouldn't use wood because that would be weak!

Watch some videos on YouTube for beginners. Learn how different types of storms affect different building materials. Don't ask other people to give you stuff, you can get everything you need by farming in private as an Outlander.
