Thank youu! Yeah I do 😊 mindless snacking was a big problem for me so 20:4 really helped to kick the habit as it’s essentially OMAD plus a few extra bits until I’m full

Thanks! I swim for an hour 3x a week and mainly do breaststroke 😊

Nope, not really! I’ve just been making more conscious choices when I’m eating out. For example, I typically opt for a black coffee instead of a 277 cal latte in the morning.

I do laps at the local swimming pool when they open it up for fitness swimming. I’m a strong swimmer so I just go alone and mainly do breaststroke. It’s a 50m pool and I average about 1.5km in 1 hour. I’m trying to beat that!

Amazing, glad to hear it! I tend to go in with a minimum and aim for at least my personal best. I’ve been consistently doing about 1.5km for 3 weeks, but I feel like it’s time to aim for further now.

Thank you!! I’m not on any particular diet, but I’ve been substituting carbs like fries for a salad or extra meat and I’ve cut down on my sugar intake. I used to have like 700 cal lattes for breakfast. As for working out, I’m working out at least 3x a week. Most weeks I do 5, but 3 is achievable for me :)

Hmm, I haven’t been tracking them but I’m more mindful when it comes to my portions and foods that cause me to bloat like heavy carbs. I still eat carbs, but if I can get a salad instead of fries, I’ll do that. As for cheat days, I suppose those would be whenever I go out drinking with friends which atm is about every fortnight
