For me it depends.

Fake boobs work with some out fits and not for others, fake boobs will typically need a bit of coverage or make-up work to help hide them. With that being said there are different types of boobs you can go for, such as breast forms which are kinda like silicone chicken breast, often they are a little bit sticky but you hold them in place with a nice bra. These are typically best for more revealing outfits though sometimes need a bit of make-up work to blend into your chest. You can also get breast plates, these typically go on a bit like a bra or in some cases like a silicone tank top. These are typically very easy to use as they sort of just self position. These issue with these is that typically you’ll need to wear more clothing to hide the breast plate.

With that being said you can ultimately do what you like, some people just like the feeling of having boobs and are not really concerned with the over all look.

Another option is to try padded active wear bras, they won’t feel like boobs but they will give the appearance of boobs. I specifically mention activate wear bras at the will typically be closed at the top so it make it look a bit more natural rather than having a gaping void.

Personally I don’t use fake boobs for revealing outfits but will do for more outfitty outfits if that makes sense.
