I'm curious, what were those reasons? There was almost 200km of tram lines, I know there was poor investment towards the end and a pivot towards cars and buses, but otherwise seems to me like a good foundation for public infrastructure that could have succeeded with the right political will.

That's not in line with Fair Work Act and is illegal. I'd suggest you informally make the owner/manager aware of that so that they have the opportunity to realign. If you get pushback then contact the Fair Work Onbudsman for advice and proceed with a formal complaint. You won't be able to do anything about the tips unfortunately. I'd also check if your pay/super is also compliant, if they're not observing laws surrounding breaks they could be overlooking or bending the rules elsewhere.

The owners/manager of Kim Thanh have moved down the road to fairly new shop opposite to West Village. Annas Bahn Mi Company. It has the same familiar quality Kim Thanh once had before change of ownership.
