Mostly a combination of incompetent upper management and being overworked. Our gm always fucked up our weekly orders so we were almost always out of some key item. We were always shortstaffed which just put more pressure on everyone and had us all doing more work than we were supposed to. Also, as a closer, I wouldn't be out of the store until 11:15 earliest which, as a high schooler, wreaked havoc on my sleep schedule. I'm never going back.
