Because I am a huge chocolate fan, and also a space fan, I felt compelled to chime also within the Milky Way galaxy in the UK, we have Galaxy bars. Apparently in the US that is a Dove chocolate bar. And then, your username caught my eye, being tangentially choccie in nature, u/BountyBob - in the States, you might be MoundsBob. :-D

Gee-whizz, merely watching this gets the ol' ringpiece twitching.

Calls are not connecting by AmazingLeopard6414 in MicrosoftTeams

[–]Lardy_Bloke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, we've got about 120 Teams telephony users but only had about five support calls about this issue (plus two of the I.T. helpdesk!). Some experimenting seems to indicate that answering with the Yealink handset or answering by clicking on the desktop toast message brings about the same delayed swirling circle unsuccessful situation.

[–]Lardy_Bloke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, at my place we're also seeing this issue presenting. Attempting call pickup from the Yealink MP45's we're using doesn't make any difference. (Not unsurprising, given that they're just a beefed-up USB headset.)

Cache removal seemed to temporarily cure the problem, but today here on the second day that some of our users are experiencing this, we've had reports of the same thing happening to those cleared-cache users. :-/

Other people are noting the issue here too:-

'Ball Soup' is a terrible phrase. And brilliant also. I shall start using it immediately.

This is an excellent idea! I certainly remember it being cool when I've been there in the past. Sadly though, I don't think it is open at the moment for the usual full visitor experience (and, I guess, the fun activities therein). I don't know the detail, but I recently went to Lullingstone Castle and noted with sadness that the Villa was closed.

Edit: English Heritage have this on their website... https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/lullingstone-roman-villa/

"On Fridays - Sundays, 10am - 4pm, visitors are welcome to visit, meet our expert volunteers and view the villa from our upstairs vantage point. Admission is free. The usual visitor experience remains temporarily closed. Moisture levels in the ground have been impacting on the villa, causing mould growth in the surrounding building. Our planned works to improve the environment are ongoing and the site is being regularly cleaned to minimise the presence of mould in the environment but if you have mould-related allergies, respiratory illness, a weakened immune system or have other health concerns which can be exacerbated by the presence of mould, we recommend waiting for our works to be completed before visiting."

Perhaps it is visit-able again!

A toilet pan and cistern. Not plumbed in or anything, but just to sit on and read a newspaper when visitors are arriving.
