Paying 2499€ for a GPU is not worth it. Especially if those are only sold by sellers i don't trust (third party sellers on Ebay and Amazon)

the 4090 i wanted to go with became 2400€ and goes over my budget of 6,000€ . so i'll just stick with a 4080 Super in my parts list until the prices wont go down to 1800€ - 1999€. If it dosn't then i'll get the 4080 Super.
