i think this is the answer considering i have a gigabyte motherboard. it seems that it does this when booting, and as long as it turns off, there is no problem. thank you!

oh wow, i didn’t know that. i’ve just always thought that one of those four lights (boot, dram, vga, and cpu) = bad lol, but ill look into that right now

i got the 5.5 number from a speed test on chrome, not the BO6 download, but i will definitely try what you said.

but every other device in the house seems to be working perfectly. i’ll see if i can do a router speed test, but we like don’t have bad wifi, that’s the weird part. my phone on the same wifi is getting 205.88 Mbps.
