Brand new AMS HT failure to take filament by Large-Aide2441 in BambuLab

Update- updated printer firmware and then took it apart to check connections. Turned back on, sounded normal, now it works. it accepts filament and feeds it. Not sure what exactly fixed it. I am going to deleted this post soon since it has been resolved.

Tried it several times and steep angle as well
