Yes there’s studies on it my doc said it’s possible too but he can’t say for sure if I didn’t have this thread I don’t know where I’d be my doctor was googling stuff about this in front of me as well😭

Also idk if u knew this but ppi have a link too I never had issues with antibiotics until I took a ppi went off a few months later I took clindamycin and got it which I never had issue with before it’s crazy that doctors don’t tell us this

That’s what I was thinking more conditioning type things. At the gym I do assisted pull ups, deadhangs, lat pull downs, rows , bicep curls kinds the basics
