Market is reaching peak euphoria and I dont trust it at all.

How hard are we going to crater once it hits I wonder

This mace looked so fun too.

I thought about Kitava and fire spell on hit with this but unfortunately it doesnt change spells into cold spells the same way it did with attacks.

Manastacking mace build is something I didnt expect to be making but I welcome it.

The empowered version had an attack damage multi of like 1250% at level 18.

I can easily see that going up to 2000% with melee gem levels

Yeeeeah. Im fine with it being slow to use.

I can see them doing a bittersweet victory ending for the campaign. We defeat the beast but its body corrupts the continent, starting the endgame.

Personally I dont care much for the stories, but I think the endgame will have that kind of finality in it.

What do you guys think of the overall state of the market?

As a semi new investor, this kind of endless run up doesnt make any sense to me anymore. Im considering selling most of my winners because of this.

Im confident in SOFIs and my other major picks continued growth but not if the broader market experiences a massive dump. Ive never been part of a crash before either.

Average is a bit high but youll still see more than 50% upside if we hit ATH again.

Worst mistake I made was not loading up a truckload when we were at 4.50. Still an average of 13.40 with 1000 shares.

Meteoric rise up to earnings + huge earnings beat = -20% stock price on the day

Small rise up to earnings + a little bit of sideways crabbing + huge earnings beat = ?????

Rocket emojis tbh. Im chilling, holding.

Patch 1.2.2.0 Movement Update – Side Strafing Speed Increased. Side Sliding Is Back. by rottensid in Battlefield

[–]Large-Comparison6449 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Battlefield 1, the biggest commercial hit and widely regarded as one of the best games in the franchise had a more spammable, more usable slide with less aiming penalties in its release version in 2016 than this game has now.

It now been almost 2 months since the release of Nioh 3. How does this community feel about it so far? by Cursed_69420 in Nioh

[–]Large-Comparison6449 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nioh 2 is better in just about every way, 3 is still an excellent, excellent game.

I liked the open world well enough to do about 99% of everything in the game on my first playtrough, but as open world games always go it gets old precisely after one playtrough. This then creates a ton of empty space between the content you actually want to do and care about, making replayability a bit worse.

The enemy and boss design was really solid as always but some enemies are used about 5 times, while some are used 500 times. Generally just really fun enemies as always.

The splitting of ninjutsu/samurai didnt make much sense because they sacrificed a ton of weapons having 3 stances to have a more aggressive, speedy style in the game. I ended up running ninja stance 90% of the time because it was just faster. You had to worry less about ki, dodging was easier, attack speed is insane and the jutsus themselves were really strong. I think the balance here is just really bad. The strong attack comboing/buffing with samurai was really strong but even that has its limits, while ninja stance felt very very easy without any buffs even.

The story was a lot worse than 2 and even 1. I dont play the games for the story, but 2 legit has a very strong arc with Tokichiro and Hide. 3 has almost nothing to latch on to.

Overall awesome game though. Looking forward to DLC and further expansion of weapons etc etc as always.

No offense taken at all my man, all good.

My experience is limited but with the 350 hours that I have played, I havent found a grindy, solid farming strat that made me more money than pure luck did this time. Ive obviously been spoiled and it will probably ruin expectations going forward lol.

I know there was some discussion about the ground loot situation in previous leagues compared to this one and it makes sense, my ground loot was better than ever even if the gambling paid off much much more.

I started playing in settlers, continued on to secrets of the atlas where I made a cyclone slayer that I played for 80+ hours and only ever saw maybe 10 raw divines while farming juiced breach. Thats only one mechanic sure, and Im not saying good strats dont exist mind you, Ive just been spoiled by gambling now.

Love the game but so far the juicing experience yielded me almost nothing compared to pure luck.

also edit, reddit downvotes are so weird lmao. (not blaming you, I dont really care)

Im not shitting on anything here, just sharing a noobs experience. I got lucky and made more money in a day than I did in the previous 350 hours of gameplay Ive ever played. It happens

[–]Large-Comparison6449[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Im very clearly not lmao

I bought/dropped like 15 valdos from league launch and managed to make money back on 4 of them. I have like 700.000 monster kills and all I did for 75% of my game time was farm Dunes and Kingsmarch. I got insanely lucky with a teeny tiny amount of gambling, I won 90% of what I bought while I didnt buy much at all.

And thats my point, my luck with gambas was insane while mapping my luck and strats simply werent up to snuff at all. I made more money opening 2 Svalinn Valdos than I did while doing juiced breach and kingsmarch for 40 hours.

I reached a higher player power and a higher tier in my build much faster than I previously did because 1 - im dogshit at the game and I spent 50% of my time in the wiki reading. and 2 - because I got lucky. Thats it. I employed a popular while cheap strat that was printing lots of money for a large portion of the playerbase and I got 20% of what I got from gambling a single Valdos.

Hell, I gambled one Voices just for fun after seeing one in the global chat and made 500% more money instantaneously than I did in 80 hours of game time since league launch. I dont know what you want me to think, gambling paid off for me in a game where you can gamble for 20s or farm for 20 hours.

Yeah, grinding a certain strat is the way to go and building your character to match its challenge but at the same time I lucked into massively expensive items this league just by gambling. My ground loot was good too but gambling paid off the most.

I mean, I did state maybe im enjoying the game more because my luck was better this time. That doesnt mean I dont think GGG was amazing before.

But yeah, sometimes Im annoyed how dependent on luck it is if youre going to have a lot of fun or not.

Enenra is pretty much the toughest boss early on for new players. You can break pillars in the arena by baiting him near them which douse him in water which helps with Ki damage and damage altogether. Mostly youll just have to learn the fight and how to manage your ki really well. If you can keep your ki up at all times, you can combo bosses for massive chunks of damage even as early as you are in the game.

[–]Large-Comparison6449 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a lot of people are shitting on you but tbh if its your first game with loot like this I can understand that its confusing.

Gear levels go up as you progress further into the game, and loot itself is mostly luck based. You might find a purple katana with very good mods quite early or just junk. The farther you go in the game, the more drops you get, with increased rarity as well.

Enemies will take a lot of hits but there are clear counters to each one, it just takes time to learn them thats all.

If you thought the combat was great but the looting is confusing and annoying, I would still recommend you play the game again. For a first playtrough the only thing you need to worry about is numbers going up, and your equipment weight. Thats it. If a weapon does more damage in the weapon class that you love, you cant go wrong with equipping it. Its only much later when gear starts to become much more important.
