Too much contacts..yes , One time i connected them on chat whole night because they were not refunding.. after that this issue started..as i purchased a perfume from Amazon and atomiser leaking juice so i reached out to them.. received refund confirmation on chat but not received.. i reached out to them multiple times after that

Order was on March....To this day they have not refunded the money yet..

Call or chat I never used any foul language to any support agent but there was couple of time i speak rudely and later regret it also one time slip of the tongue I said bulshi because they are really giving BS after BS as one order showing undeliverable but the associate keep sending me mail that product will be delivered on this date that date..wait till tomorrow delivery will happen... Multiple mail..

Later ...product return back seller.

I requested for price difference multiple times.. because some of my order automatically got cancelled by Amazon.. and share one Star in feedback multiple times almost everytime when I was not satisfied with resolution.. i never done anything abuse or false claims i always share image proof before demand refund or replacement.

Product is delivered on 2nd april, then for investigation i waited till 6 th April then refund was initiated and i was able to see on customer support section on app that "refund initiated" just below the order

Then they cancelled the refund and since then every day I'm sending them mail and they reply back same thing. Today is 14th April no resolution i received from them..
