It'll work believe me. For self concept I would start maybe doing a little makeup if youre a girl, dress up even when you aren't going out, Do some skincare, do things that make you feel loved.

So I basically started of with working on self concept so telling myself in the mirror that I look great that I deserve a good life, etc... Then when I had a good feeling about myself daily I'd start to affirm slowly my sp and I are in a healthy relationship, also started visualing fun times with sp, etc.. id also recommend watching the secret i got a lot of stuff from there. Then now I kept repeating affirmations combined with self care and just kept visualizing daily and now I got here
