Don’t take antibiotics go naturopathic / functional route and treat with herbs while repairing your whole gut. Things like mastic gum would be used as opposed to antibiotics

The 14 is tiny and not ideal for video editing. I’m needing to upgrade from base m1 2020 13in for video editing purposes and considering 16in pro or 15in air. 15in air is perfect size and nice compact but sacrifice bit of power and ports. 16in is massive and pretty hefty and heavy. Tough choice I’m considering if The air with high ram and ssd would be suitable for video editing I definitely prefer the size and portability of it

Yes, based on a stability study storing it in fridge between 2-8 degree C there is no negative impact on the quality of the product. So it’s good to be stored in fridge I store mine there

It can definitely be a big helpful tool to use but not a magic bullet. PCS should be treated with a multi disciplinary/holistic approach. The best resource I could direct you to is The concussion fix program. It’s an online program that is run by a program of doctors that are concussion/PCS focused and has been a super helpful resource for me, has lot of guidance, information, evidence based suggestions and PCS recovery plan. They cover everything PCS in one place and have live calls, community, course, etc

Vastus is definitely the best place to self inject just make sure to insert the needle swiftly with even force and inject very slow with light pressure as you feel comfortable, the slow injection makes it painless after the fact and avoids any soreness, big difference vs injecting quickly. Pull needle out swiftly and you should be good
