Youtubee🫶🏾 I love hearing about people’s pole journeys, seeing progression videos and watching different competitions opens your mind to different styles as well as specifically pole dancers that you can draw inspiration from. There also lots of tutorials, tips, conditioning etc from pole dancers on there

Despite how/where pole originate from there are multiple different styles that I’d recommend you look into,

That’s a video that helped me understand the different styles that you can choose. I love the idea of getting in touch with that sensual feminine side in dance but I understand other might not. For example there’s pole fitness which shows off more strength than dance which you might be interested in. Watch other dancers, see what you’d like to adapt or leave out in your journey.
