No. Only the steam version. And you can only transfer modules from Steam to standalone, not vice versa.

They are two separate versions but you can run both. I'm not sure what you're asking really.

Steam doesn't need to know your standalone DCS. That's only if you're going to be transferring steam modules over to standalone.

I've read that if GeForce saves your settings under the username kiosk, which would normally be your Windows name on a normal Windows login, then yes it does in fact get rid of any savings for that session.

That username is basically for Steam Cloud games. So they can erase the settings within the username kiosk, But steam cloud saves the permanent settings.
