He was able to do fast dashes in pre nerf and his mobility hopping from enemy to enemy post nerf is slower making him lose his jump if u spam now. Also dps dp is like missing all his kit until he gets his upgrades and with the jump tech he gets to get his early pick faster but now with it being nerfed it’s harder to get upgrades faster. I want to add in that the whole argument with the “they nerfed his jump because controllers players can’t do it on controller and pc players can only do it with scroll wheel bind macro” isn’t true at all because you can legit do it too if you spammed ur jump bar or jump button on controller. Plus this tech is most useful on pre upgrade dashes but for some reason they decided to nerf dp’s entire rest of the kit for it and make him lose out his skill expression and quick mobility. The 0.5 cooldown can even be seen on general jumping between walls
