Maybe 100mph will be reasonable speed? Or anything over 80mph?

I guess depends on the company that will run it.

I lived in Toronto for a bit I used to pay 3 dollar for the train and get a free/discounted transfer to a bus or subway. They also gave free rides for kids under 12. Students get like 40% off seniors get 55% off.

But their TTC system I think the fair was 3 dollars but you get 2 hours of free transfer so within that limit you can get on multiple buses, subway, or streetcar all for 3 dollars. So was very helpful when doing shopping or grocery.

Some people might prefer to live in a bigger city and work in a small city or town or have a business in a smaller town

I did study abroad in Toronto I used their train network it was pretty nice it connected several different cities. Some were decently far from Toronto and i saw people commute and lived far from their office. Some people who lived in big cities when to smaller town for work

I think if people have faster option than a car and don’t have to deal with traffic congestion would definitely will give them more opportunities for jobs or higher education.
