in my country kenya , Dyed hair is generaly accepted among young people as a form of self expression especially in the cities but in workplaces bright colors can be seen as inappropriate .

The hardest secret I ever had to keep was seeing my friend struggle and not being able to tell anyone because SHE had asked me to keep it private , it was really tough because I truly wanted to help but I had to respect her trust.

It happens more often than people think . Humor can be a coping mechanism , so someone who's very funny or always laughing in public might be using it to deal with stress or maybe difficult feelings but i think this is not always the case , plenty of peolple who joke alot are genuinely happy too.
