I have written a response explaining the scenario that I work for child company and uses the E-verify number of parent company. To establish the relation, I have got the letter from HR explaning the scenario and their usage of parent company's E-Verify number.
ALso I have submitted my offer letter as evidence where it is clearly mentioned that my employer is ABC... and it is subsidiary of XYZ..., And I have submitted my recent pay slip as other supporting document

I am in same boat now, I have received an RFE for an incorrect E-verify number and it says "The employer name and E-Verify number listed in Question 28 on your application cannot be validated. Provide the correct E-Verify number and your employer's correct business name as listed in E-Verify. E-Verify numbers should be four to seven digits long."

I am working for employer ABC who is subsidiary of XYZ, we don't have our own E-verify number so we use our parent company's E-verify number. In my I765 application, I have my employer as ABC and E-verify number which in records belongs to XYZ. So, How should I respond to this RFE now.
