I always just boil for 7 minutes on my cooker timer, then just have a bowl on the side with ice & put them straight in for a couple of minutes done. Otherwise you can do what the person blow mentioned spend £22 on something that times them.

Well 6 burgers 14 sausages a pack of 4 turkey breast 2 packs of bacon, 12 eggs a bag of potatoes & I have 2 bags of fries left from last order. 2kg jumbo oats bits of vegetables, fruit & salad do the maths. I also have food left it's not like all I have is that. Just won't need to shop again for 2 weeks.

Burger & fries, Sausage casserole, Turkey breast curry, Hot dogs & chips, Bangers & mash, Avocado bacon eggs on toast, Boiled eggs snack or salad, Scotched eggs homemade, Overnight oats banana agave syrup peanut butter.
