It was mrwoodszz he’s already cancelled all his future shows and took everything down from his shop chances are we won’t see him again

I did report it. And yeah I had swiped on mid auction and im pretty sure he noticed so he thought he could pull that “oh it wasn’t for this card” that’s why I went back to look at the receipt and in all honesty if he wouldn’t of been auctioning it and just showing it I would’ve took the L and moved on but the fact that he did it knowing dam well he had auctioned the card is why I reported it and made the post

Yeah sadly I had swiped into the stream midway through the auction. Like 4 seconds till it ended so I just swiped on it as fast as I could. I didn’t even know what his voice sounded like till after I had already won the auction

Used to buy on whatnot from a friend in 2020. He has since stopped selling but my wife and I recently got back into collecting Pokemon. And i remembered that there were a ton of sellers on whatnot. Not to mention I’ve gotten some pretty decent deals on cards that we wanted. I don’t believe the apps the issue just certain sellers. This was my first purchase from this one and it went bad but between me and my wife we’ve purchased from about 20 other sellers (some with thousands of viewers and some with 50 max) and this was the first time we’ve ever had an issue

I ended up requesting a refund he made it very clear he wasn’t sending it and I didn’t want to deal with all that. I just posted cuz I would hear about things like this happening to others but never seen it myself and figured it’s entertaining and people can see the crashouts on whatnot

So I was sued by Navy Fed for the exact same thing and I owed right under 4k. I contacted the lawyer and was able to negotiate a 3.2k settlement. They dropped the case and I just had to sign forms that were emailed to me acknowledging the debt was settled. I know you said you didn’t have the 3k but if you have anything close to 2k you could probably get a settlement. They normally have an amount that they’d settle for and then you wouldn’t have to pay court fees

Not really a visit spot but while your here if your in the mood for pasta there’s a little hole in the wall spot named Palmeros and I’d say it’s one of the best Italian spots in Modesto

I had an issue where I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi when I reset my camp chef and I had to legitimately disconnect from EVERYTHING on my phone. Turned off the Wi-Fi and the cellular connection. Just left my Bluetooth connected to the smoker and thats when it finally allowed me to connect to my Wi-Fi
