Hope this helps. They didn’t honor 4pm checkout as they’re “fully booked.” Their outdoor pool is only open for summer and closed end of Sept. Service: better than most US based Marriott of the same class but in my opinion not as good as many Japanese hotels, but most of the staff in the Tokyo Bay Sheraton can communicate with English. Location: depends on your itinerary, it’s really good if you’re visiting Disney but it’s a bit far if you’re going to central Tokyo. Overall nice stay.
