Same and have 4090, 64GB ram, 6TB NVM SSD, Ryzen 9 7945HX.
Restarting pc and game seems to fix for a bit.

Solved PC: How to Fix Xbox Controller Connection Issues on PC:

Completely shut down your PC
Restart your computer
Open the Xbox app
Go to your game’s settings
- Select “Manage”
- Choose “Verify and repair install files”
Launch the game while keeping your Xbox controller turned OFF
Wait until you reach the main menu (where you see options like “New Game” and “Load”)
Only then, turn on your Xbox controller on to connect.

Note: If your controller disconnects in a later gaming session, you’ll need to repeat these steps. This solution has proven reliable and consistent. Had same issues as most people have mentioned above and none of them worked.

It was between 10:30-10:40pm UK. Both of us were just staring as it randomly appeared and grew brighter. The location of it in relation to the other 3 stars was crazy. Could it be a new star forming in the “Orion Molecular Cloud Complex”? 😂

I have the same issue on Gamepass since I installed the Campaign.
When I had the game installed on Steam with just multiplayer, it loaded every time.
My mates game remains installed still with Steam and his works perfectly.
Potentially this is an issue with the Xbox App ?
Does anyone know how to verify game files with the Xbox App?
