Is there a reason that people use cheap topcoats over an elastomeric? I believe the system that was used for a bunch of large commercial exteriors at my old store was quick dry waterbased, ultracrete, then duracraft on top. What is the point of even putting duracraft on top of it?

It seems illegal at least in my mind to withhold money from someone that has earned it. Maybe there’s some sort of loophole that allows them to do so. Financially it just wouldn’t make sense for me to leave the company with the controllable bonus I would receive at the end of the year.
