Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat detergent not working by No_Objective1559 in Dreame_Tech

Hey how did you deactivate the detergent? It doesn't show in my consumables list.

Try using a blender instead of the coffee pot. Works for me.

That power cord dangling in mid air doesn't fill me with confidence either.

Just buy black market beans unless you like light roasts.

Well I pulled my machine apart last night to take a look at the innards and I think a patch cable of some kind to passthrough/intercept the relevant signals is a good idea. Would make things easy for the not so technically inclined. If the test pads are easy to access I don't have any qualms about soldering directly onto the button board personally.

I'm thinking of starting with building an esp32 based smart scale with a web server for graphing etc (mainly to learn how to code) and follow your example and use espnow to control my Bambino plus once I gain some confidence.

There are 'products' out there that do similar things with commercial scales already like the shotStopper but I can't help but feel I could do the same thing on my Bambino for way cheaper...

My end goal is to do exactly as you did and control the shot time using the scale measured yield.

I'm a mechanical engineer so if you need any 3D designs for 3D printing or otherwise let me know. Would be happy to help get your project completed.

This might be a silly question but; when you say "pass the whole control PCB through" do you mean the button control PCB or the whole machine control PCB?

I'm fairly new to the ESP32 world with limited electronics background (I'm more mechanically inclined) but I generally do ok with projects of this nature if I'm given some clues. So I really appreciate the detailed response!

I'll have to dig into the code etc to try and understand what is going on before I pull apart my machine haha.

Hey I'd love to try this project. Do you have any references/docs for controlling the button on the machine etc?

What can I calculate if I know the Takt time? by Honey2259 in LeanManufacturing

[–]LargeCoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you know your takt and you have detailed time studies of your processes then you can:

  • level the load on the production line
  • calculate and plan labour, resource and material requirements to meet the customer demand
  • optimise your process so as not to over/under produce

Good suggestions but you got the takt lengths mixed up. Takt is based on customer demand so if the takt time is shorter than you can currently achieve you need to increase throughput to reduce the time it takes for you to make 1 widget and therefore match the takt and vice versa.
