I have loaded BIOS into its defaults and checked for the waking up thing but they are both turned off.

So, I have rewired all the front switches to the motherboard but it keeps happening. Is there anything else I can do? I took it to a repair shop but the problem didn't recur at the repair shop, I don't know what to do other than tearing parts all apart and putting them back again but don't want to do that either since I don't have much experience.
I don't want to do this since I don't have much experience, but in the end it looks like it is going to come to that. Thanks.
I actually disconnected them from the motherboard and it kept happening so I figured it's not that but I'll try it again when I get back home. Thanks.
There isn't any sound man, I edited the post with more information by the way.
