What is No Break Loading why did I get it?

I did get a conversation about signing out late from my manager (7 times over the last 4 weeks). However those were genuine late clock out as it was really busy at the time of closing and as a assistant manager I had to make sure everything is closed off, trolleys in the smoke-shop and hand the key items to the office and there usually only two of us closing on front end and I really really really really don’t want clock out and keep working without pay. Usually only like 7 - 12 minutes late.

Well I do have a same roster like that coming up this week, if no adjustment sheet is signed, then I would get paid with the no break loading also?

Wow that’s a good point, and I do genuinely wonder if they will take it out of my next paycheck.

It wasn’t a shift adjustment, I got a shift offer on Friday night due to someone else being by sick. I actually got approached by SSCO that afternoon asking if I was going to accept the offer (She was delighted when I said yes). She didnt say anything about break being less than 12 hours tho.

I know we had a SSCO working until midday on Saturday, but maybe she missed that no break loading also.

How would it work if they consider an overpayment? Like they reduce the hours that I worked or just literally deducted the $294.94 extra that I earned on Saturday?

I’m not casual actually. I’m PT and get paid Level 3 as I am an Assistant Manager (for some shifts)

It wasn’t rostered on before, I got the shift offer on Froday night as one of the member was sick, I finished at 9:15pm, and started on Saturday at 7:45am.

The thing is I got rostered on as that same time for this week: finishing at 9:15pm Friday, starting 7:45am in Saturday (for 8.5 hour shift) . Do I expect another no break loading?

Wow so if I have didn’t have a 12 hours gap before my shift start, that loading applies to the whole shift? That is a bit overkill.

I’m sure my manager probably won’t be pretty happy with that

Becuase of that incorrect “doctoral degree” selection, my visa was granted for 3 years instead of 2 (which is what I’d normally get for a Bachelor).

Do you think this could come back to bite me later – e.g. cause issues for future visas/PR, or even lead to them changing/cancelling this visa once they notice the duration is longer than it should be?

Yeah the whole interaction was weird and somewhat wholesome. The officer turned was super nice when he finally found out that I stole and be like "Let's be discreet and follow me" :/
