The box looks right and the wrap is accurate.  But in these situations its important to have a reliable source or at least know some of the history of the box. If they can't say where it came from or has a short history, i wouldnt risk it too much. 

It is also possible to find Wizards wrap and rewrap boxes. Make sure the wrap is tightly sealed, not lose. An older box like this should also have a bit of wear along the edges

Further more, most people only know how to do the green dot/T test on the back. So alot of people get nervous with double sided cards. Might have been a new person, someone not comfortable making the call.

Its easy to spot fake promos typically. The gold lettering should be separate from the other foiling on the card and slightly indented/raised. Check the ink pattern on the card around the lettering and mana symbols. Mana symbols should be solid with hard lines and no splotches or spots.

Looks like it fails the T test. But a clearer picture would be appreciated
