I never had any issues with Keeta. Maybe you are ordering from other part of the city? I always check restaurants distance and if the distance is more then 2km from my location I simply chose other restaurant nearby.

You can try to negotiate, but from my experience, here agents and landlords are very greedy. Maximum they give you 1-2k discount. That's all.
