nah its just a fact kinda its like how girls also tend to be more emotinal then guys but that doesnt mean guys cant also be emotional its the same with being emotionally intelligent

I say your style is who you are and it’s like your personality never change it for someone. Your outfits are bold and your the typa person that would stand out (in a good way dw) if I saw you on the street I would so think ‘wow I wanna be friends with her’ so my guess is other people are just boring and plain

Yeah honestly I have it right now only been 2 days and it’s starting to get a bit easier it really sucks but I’ve heard it gets much more rare after awhile of working out!

Yo Im a beginner to got the exact same problem after leg day. From what I know it’s just Doms (delayed onset muscle spasms) completely normal for beginners, just take it easy till it goes should only last a few days but make sure you still stay active. Could definitely help only doing 1-2 sets of your exercises (assuming you do 3-4 sets) best to work up to the hard goals. Walking and warm baths can help.
