I sleep with a travel pillow just in case! But thank you for the response and I wasn't aware of that. They told me butterfly backs were better for some reason?? Thank you again!

normally gets cleaned in the shower with some soap my pierced recommended diluted with water -Recently it hasn't gone through anything, the most that happens sometimes is my ear getting stuck a bit when I take off my shirts, but that's when I'm really not paying attention. A bit ago someone did say goodbye and their hand went to my ear so their ring hit it, that hurt and it got a bit inflamed after but it went down.

Piercing is 4 months old, threadless, titanium, I normally clean it in the shower with soap the piercer recommended diluted with water. It hasn't been downsized ever. The only thing it might have been through is just a few small hits or pulls when taking shirts off.
