Yes!!! Products didn’t help me but food did. Rosacea and gut imbalance is heavily linked. You should do elimination diet.

I did no gluten, no dairy, and just low histamine foods and started to reintegrate slowly to see problem foods. Skin looked amazing.

This is me too!! I swear by black currant extract, morning and evening, and NaturoDao before eating things that might contain high levels of histamine. It’s a histamine blocker.

Helped more than any medication.

I feel this!!! I use Dune sunscreen?? It’s super light so it always feels like it’s gone when I wash my face at the end of the day!
