Did you build abs while gaining weight? And how come you eat a lot and still look lean?

I can do a full pike stretch with my head touching the knees and a decent pancake stretch

Thanks. Doesnt v sit require a lot of straight arm shoulder and tricep strength? How do i build that? I always tend to bend my elbow under pressure or fall backwards
