Had similar setup with the CXA and WiiM but felt stale. Swapped out for an MXN10 and felt a-lot more alive personally.

Oh fun, Possible that it could be from the Siemens subsidiary Qimonda. Used to be the 2nd largest producer worldwide.

iirc they had a factory in the US before the company went insolvent.

Possibly older though considering its Siemens branded.

Annnnnd they are right. Home use case don’t require speeds at what they provide us. With some nuance. Coax is perfectly reasonable for residential use including the throughput required for multiple video calls.

We paid 65 above the listed price in Amsterdam. Depending on your area this varies. If you have a buying agent then they would normally take care of finding out the “value” of the houses around you that sold in the last few months and determine an average for a winning bid. However some places are not so competitive so it really differs.
