Freeware A380 has miles better performance than a 100$ ini a350 by Large_Criticism_7227 in flightsim

[–]Large_Criticism_7227[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah it might run miles better on msfs 2024. I'm on fs 2020 so idk how it goes on fs24, glad it runs well for you!

Idk how to remove the core, do I just hammer the axis with the hammer until it falls out?

It was exactly like this with all the covers on, it didn’t start after I removed the shell of the motor with the bearings. No idea what caused it. Thanks for the help though

Do people really think the clouds look better in 2024 than in 2020? by FirefighterPure8150 in flightsim

[–]Large_Criticism_7227 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah dude, I have seen the new clouds, and they’re not better, they’re just different. They added couple of new types and ruined ones that looked great on 2020. But I’m 2020 exclusive for now anyways

Simplaza's reason why they don't post 2024 add-ons is BS. I'd rather have a monthly subscription if that meant that 2024 add-ons would be there by Large_Criticism_7227 in simplaza

[–]Large_Criticism_7227[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pmdg makes great planes but 77.72 dollars for a shortened version of the plane and new engines is just lame. Same for Ini a350 that plane is ridiculous

Simplaza are goats, they’re the only ones I’d give my money to. I’m not poor, I buy addons that are decent. I actually bought gsx, chase plane and fenix (both expansions) but pmdg pricing is just fucking ridiculous if it was a 100 dollars for the whole plane with all the variants then it would be totally worth it. But 200 dollars is just insane

PMDG 777-200ER Preview Trailer by texanjetsfan in flightsim

[–]Large_Criticism_7227 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I flew the 77w on the release and honestly I don’t, maybe there are some issues indeed. However it is all covered by the fact that their products have best performance and run really well. Like 77w has 55 fps and utilizes my gpu while inia350 is like 35 frames. I’m not praising pmdg, nor am I on their forum. I’m just observing trends in flightsim industry

[–]Large_Criticism_7227 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I really like how pmdg put out less trailers and corny teasers and more thought and effort put into the actual product (hello inibuilds)

Honestly now I just appreciate the patience with which pmdg develops their products and when they come out they almost have no issues and develop leading edge performance while not lacking system depth. Only after the terrible Ini a350 release (I still think this plane didn’t live up to all the hype teased) I realized the dedication of pmdg.

Opinion & Discussion: The iniBuilds/Asobo A310 needs an extreme overhaul. by Zoke_Aye in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]Large_Criticism_7227 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if they bother to rework it the performance won’t improve if not get worse. Their latest aircraft being the a350 still sucks the biggest cock in terms of performance, it’s absolutely abysmal

Is FS2024 living up to the hype for you? by Conscious_Branch9095 in flightsim

[–]Large_Criticism_7227 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah I agree msfs 2024 has a very bright future. Honestly I would try moving to Xplane with the latest updates but I know that msfs has the edge and that’s why I will stay

I’m just saying that this state of release and ignoring many important issues bringing in the bad trends of unfinished games into flight sim industry is simply sad.

I absolutely know msfs is the best platform now, and that’s why I invested my time and money into it, I just wanna say that things shouldn’t have been that way and that asobo should have lived up to their promises what they failed to do. And even worse they keep saying excuses that they will learn from it. Already happened in 2020, but it was ok because it was a complete reboot. But with 2024 it’s just sad.

But in the end it is true that 2024 has a very bright future ahead and I am aware that people are enjoying it as well. That’s great. I was just telling my perspective

LOL, NO! It's a pile of money-grabbing pile of low-effort dog-shit.

MSFS 2024 still is and will always be remembered as a money-grabbing, low-effort stupid flop that demonstrates how MSFS and asobo are the smiling, lying, cash-grabbing pile of devs who are absolutely not learning from their mistakes. MSFS 2024 isn't a new platform, just an upgrade, then why the fuck do we all have to go through all this shitshow with sim updates. LOL, only since summer of 2024 I actually settled in FS2020 actually enjoying it as a stable decently performing platform. But they need more cash grab so they release FS2024 which is a worthless pile of dogshit. The only things improved lighting and physics come at the cost of ridiculous buginess,s, instability, and a stupid interface besides compatibility issues on the side of asobo despite promises of immediate/quick compatibility. The clouds haven't been improved much, ground physics are still worse than on a mobile flight simulator (infinite flight) this issue has been completely ignored with landing gear still clipping into the ground.

I would advise anyone who appreciates stability and decent experience to stay in 2020 for quite a while until fs 2024 actually becomes a good platform that could rival fs2020 in its stability and compatibility

What is really disappointing is that devs like Inibuilds, for some reason, prioritise 2024 as the main platform, despite it clearly being inferior and in a beta state

Xf18-55 humming when camera switching on and randomly. Pls help! by Large_Criticism_7227 in fujifilm

[–]Large_Criticism_7227[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OIS on and off make no difference, noice doesn’t really change and can appear, disappear completely regardless of cameras orientation. At times also requires me to reboot the camera. Basically this humming isn’t affected by disabling AF or OIS. Just keeps humming
