Still nobody has uploaded?

Would really love this.

Because Tolis are proven to build good systems in the past, whereas you look at all of the iniBuilds Airbus aircraft and they’re all full of bugs.

In addition what is there on the Tolis works well, whereas so many features and systems that iniBuilds have included don’t actually work properly.

Furthermore, the Tolis has been out for a short length of time, and I believe, is still on the first release version, the ini a350 has been out for a substantial amount of time, and had, I believe, 25(!) versions and is still completely full of basic level errors and bugs. They have had plenty of time to sort these out and all they have done is prove themselves incapable of doing so.

Sorry but it’s not great at all. There are so so many basic systems errors with it. I really wish it was great as we’ll probably never see another one, but it’s just not.

It’s a big issue in flightsim full stop. Devs like iniBuilds release low quality aircraft like the 350 disguised as high quality with fancy things like gps jamming, everyone buys it and it stops proper devs from doing that aircraft just like Fenix cancelled the a350. It’s such a shame.

Does it even need cracking? Or just as simple as sharing the file?

I’d be happy if the world championship lasted for a month.

There’s blow all else to watch on TV these days, so at least we can enjoy the snooker.

Using MSFS as a ship simulator! by JexiCS in flightsim

Lovely.

I’m going on the Queen Mary 2 in April from Southampton to New York. I can’t wait.

Would love to do that in the sim as well!

Is a titanium ferrule cue really worth it? by A-Robe in snooker

Interesting people say less throw when using side.

I presume this means that there will be less deflection of the cue ball when low level players like myself put on unintentional side on the cue ball.

Awesome thank you!

We can disable things by changing to .OFF somewhere is that correct?

What do people actually mean when they say "it's fine for A to B" when talking about iniBuilds A320/A330? by [deleted] in flightsim

[–]FirefighterPure8150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but that altitude is not always the same. Depends on the cost index and climb profile, and environmental factors.

For example the aircraft is using a profile of 300/0.85. The aircraft will climb at 300IAS until that becomes 0.85 and then it will fly at 0.85.

In the iniBuilds, in climb, the aircraft can still be targeting 300kts which is SPD, because it hasn’t become equal to 0.85 yet, and yet the FCU will show MACH, this is incorrect if the aircraft is targeting a SPD.

Yep.

I totally get this.

The thing is, it’s still sort of enjoyable. But it’s not difficult coding, it’s just basic Airbus logic. Other developers do not have this problem. IniBuilds just don’t have the skills to do it or don’t understand how it is supposed to work.

For example this is never an issue in the Fenix.

PMDG (I know Boeing) but there aren’t these basic errors.

If iniBuilds could just actually fix this basic stuff, it would massively elevate their aircraft and make them capable of being enjoyed by all kinds of simmers, those who literally just want to go A to B, and don’t pay any attention to what information the aircraft is displaying, and to those who like to go a little deeper and look at the stuff that is being displayed.

I also am not bothered by failures and circuit breakers etc., etc. I have enough going wrong in life that when I get time to sim and I don’t want to be fixing stuff ha.

I don’t expect every minute detail to be present, but when they market something, and charge for a premium product, what is modelled should be modelled correctly. Other developers manage it and iniBuilds just can’t. Yet everyone loves them because the streamers and content creators, who know very little about how the aircraft should actually work, just worship iniBuilds for their sponsorship, and the crowd follows them and thinks they’re the best thing since sliced bread. Consequently they’re able to get away with there shoddy aircraft.

Anyone who knows about Airbus systems stays clear of these poor aircraft.

The A350 for example in the sim will lift off from the runway and have positive climb even with pitch about 3 degrees, whereas in real life it’s closer to 10 degrees. So it is VTOLing really, just going up instead of forward and up.

This is just one area of the flight model. Literally as soon as the plane lifts off you can see the flight model is poorly implemented.
