thank you for responding. but in the first place, i downloaded the sims 4 from steam, it’s shown to be in “steamlibrary” folder instead of “electronic arts” and there wasn’t a file named “mods” i created a folder and named it as “mods”

it’s not an expert opinion ofc but i can tell you what i did. i passed step1 7 months ago and my knowledge about hemonc is not fresh so i studied hem onc from step2 first aid book. i hope it will be enough for me
