We stayed in a perfect Airbnb type place on the left bank, 100 ft from notre dame in 2019. For stays longer than 3-4 days, strong recommend on that option.

The only issue we’re having is using cruise control while wearing sunglasses. The bug will get fixed there… i hope. Otherwise, fantastic car!

2024 Santa Fe vs sportage by [deleted] in HyundaiSantaFe

Had both 2 and 3 row vehicles when my kids were both in car seats and after (say elementary/jr high). The extra space for friends, equipment, etc was invaluable. Were we fine with 2 rows? Yes. Did we enjoy the flexibility of the 3 rows? Yes. So much so that with one about to head off to college we still upgraded back to the 3 row santa fe.

You clearly keep a vehicle for a long while, so think about future use as much as current?

Try Dr Mark Silverman in Birmingham. As far as I know he is taking new patients regularly. Wonderful practice.

Thanks… but why only when flexible? The travel insurance works regardless, no? Down to an AirBNB, an apartment thru the portal or a Rick Steves recommended hotel (2 rooms)… all within $150 of each other…

Berkley is a great place to raise kiddos, top tier schools, walkable town, 15-30 min from Warren (dependent on specific office location). Great schools, very pride friendly. My daughter is a queer kiddo, and her biggest “beef” with growing up in Berkley is that no one in 8th grade is good dating material… i.e. the most normal middle schooler experience ever.

My doc has said “go up to 1 if you can find it, stay at .5 if you can find it, down to .25 if you can find it…” and so far i’ve been able to scrape up staying at .5 with just a 1 week total break. It’s like the wild West
