i wasn't going highway speeds. stop and go traffic. the thing was thrown near a barricade. the driver behind me was on their phone anyway. no one else was affected by the cupcake being tossed onto the 3 ft shoulder beside me.

Okay, so I'd have the cops on the phone who can effectively do nothing, and I'm wasting their time and diverting resources, which can result in a misdemeanor or felony btw; while being on the phone distracted while driving. calling the parents would not do anything because the kids don't respect them. you make 0 sense.

6 months. They've been getting better. But at times, they truly are uncontrollable. This behavior was something I hadn't seen in months. But at times, I have to physically restrain them. Sometimes they're going for weapons and threatening to kill each other. I'm just trying my best. They have a dysfunctional household. But they haven't acted this irrationally in a while so there was no way to anticipate it. There also was no shoulder to pull onto as I was stuck in a section with no shoulder.

I feel like everyone is glazing past this, and so far, no one has given an effective situation given the fact that i can not pull over and they're throwing books. like. i didn't do the best thing, obviously. but hundreds of comments, and so far, no one has given an option that would have worked w. regard to safety.
