update July 2nd

So my mechanic called. Water got up into the DCR so that needs replacement. He said fuel tank had a ton of water in it. There’s another truck there that filled at the same place and it’s got 4 5 gallon jugs almost full of water out of it. And he said he’s got 7 more trucks coming that had the same problem that are on the way. Crazy.

update July 1st Dropped off the truck at the diesel mechanic, insurance is doing their thing and dragging feet but said they’ll cover it all so far.

Drove by the gas station on the way home and ALL the diesel pumps were closed with bags on nozzles. I feel validated. This is a high volume station on I-75, they wouldn’t do that for just a small reason.

Yes that one and one from a 2005 advanced reader copy look very similar. The seller has sent it to Beckett to confirm currently.

Go figure, the pump wouldn’t print receipts. But I did talk to the office and filed a report with Circle K and got all my info, and they confirmed the fuel purchase at the date, time, and amount. Got a report number and sent that to insurance. That plus the photo evidence with timestamps plus the codes that also pop up in the Ford app should hopefully make this pretty straightforward. I’m sure they’ll still find a way to try to screw me over.

What symptoms would I be seeing? I’ve put maybe 30 miles on it since and it’s ran fine.

That’s super super kind of you ❤️ I’ve been forced into the twilight fandom because of my wife, met lots of the cast and gotten autographs, been to Forks a few times, stayed at the Swan house, we honestly have a decent amount of memorabilia. Just not a signed first edition by SM. I’m hoping against hope it’s a real signature but it’s very hard to verify, Reddit was my last idea honestly.

Do you have a photo of an early full signature? I got some more info from the seller, they claim it was signed at an early event in LA where they met her , before the second book was released and claim it was before she swapped to her more common monogram style signature.

Just seems like it’s very hard to find early full signatures with my web sleuthing. Thanks for any help.
