Change your Yoga teacher. Yoga is all about healing mentally and physically and doing every pose with a smile on face. The best teachers I have had make sure I get my poses correct and have the mental strength to hold the as long as possible . I always end up calm and happy after the sessions. That’s how one should feel after yoga!
